AirLINE Ex type 8650 er et modulopbygget elektropneumatisk automatiseringssystem, som styrer komplekse proces- og forarbejdningsforløb i et eksplosionsfarligt miljø (zoner 1 / 21). Elektronikmodulernes og ventilernes antændelsesbeskyttelse "egensikker" (Ex-i) gør det muligt at skifte dem ud under driften. Med modulerne fra samarbejdspartneren Siemens står der elektriske, analoge og digitale I/O-funktioner til rådighed, også til zone 0.

- Styringselektronik via PROFIBUS® DP-is, elektriske I/O-funktioner via Siemens SIMATIC ET 200 iSP™-moduler
- NEW REV.2 giver mulighed for nye integrerbare funktioner som f.eks. tryksensor eller trykafbryder
